The Jacket Spot offers worldwide Free shipping using the DHL and FEDEX. We take orders 24/7 and deliver them at your doorstep. Free Shipping delivery time for any product is approximately 8 to 10 working days. We work on business days from Monday to Friday. Also note that if you place the order after 1 pm then it will in the list of orders placed on the next day.

 If you pay $15 extra on your order, you can avail expedited shipping which will deliver your order in 6 – 8 working days. Since customers are our top priority and our aim is to serve with best therefore, we provide them shipping and tracking details.


For the convenience of the customers and make the order placement easier we send an email containing the order receipt to our customer. The order receipt includes confirmation and various details related to your order. If you don’t receive a notification with such details upon placing your order, then you must get in touch with our customer support team service staff for getting the details of your order. 


For the faster and proper delivery, we rely upon you to provide us with your contact number, shopping address, and other relevant details. As the customer provides us with the proper details we will also be able to reach you as fast as we can. 

For this very reason, it is mandatory for you to supply us with your exact permanent residential address for shipping. In such conditions, you will have to place the order again because the product will not be shipped and neither be processed until you receive the confirmation notice.

It doesn’t matter from which location you have placed your order from our Quality Control Team doubles checks everything and ensures a steadfast delivery. We ship your order as soon as we are done checking it. Even after that if you are not satisfied with it you can claim for it as well you reach us after completely going through our Return & Exchange Policy.   

If the shipment is sent back to us in absence of a customer the goods will return to us. Customers will be responsible to pay the $30 for sending the shipment again.
