Once the order is received and the payment is cleared it gets delivered to you within 10 to 12 days of the period. Since customers are our top priority and our aim is to serve with best therefore, we provide them shipping and tracking details.

THE JACKET SPOT Provides Free Shipping across the globe. However, in case of urgent delivery or quick delivery, charges are applied at the shipping. Also our urgent delivery takes only 6-8 business days in delivery through secure platforms. Once we receive your order and your payment is cleared, it will take 10 to 12 business days in delivery through secure shipping mediums. When the order is dispatched an email is sent at the email address.

It doesn’t matter from which location you have placed your order from our Quality Control Team doubles checks everything and ensures a steadfast delivery. We ship your order as soon as we are done checking it. Even after that if you are not satisfied with it you can claim for it as well you reach us after completely going through our Return & Exchange Policy.   

If the shipment is sent back to us in absence of a customer the goods will return to us. Customers will be responsible to pay the $ 30.00 USD for sending the shipment again.
