At The Jacket Spot, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:

Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday to Friday
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Orders received after 1:00 PM PST, on weekends, or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Duration: 9–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: 10–12 business days (processing + shipping combined)

All prices on The Jacket Spot are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are outlined below.

Product Condition & Responsibility

All jackets sold at The Jacket Spot are shipped new and in excellent condition. Each order is carefully prepared before it leaves our warehouse to ensure secure packaging and accurate delivery.
Once your order is with the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping provider. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or return to sender.

Address Modification

Order Cancellation
