  1.  Please document the merchandise you have received with photos.
  2. Write a brief email explaining your justifications for starting the return or exchange process.

  4. Your email will receive a response from our customer support team within 24 hours, so don’t worry. A return address will also be given to you by them
  5. The merchandise must then be returned to us at your expense using a trackable courier service. Please be careful to supply our customer care person with the tracking ID or number given by the courier service.
  6. You will receive an email from us as soon as the merchandise is delivered.
  7. Please be aware that you will not be eligible for the policy if the product received is not in its original and finest condition.

Our accounts department will start the reimbursement process once you complete all inspection steps and your return is approved. Please give our finance department 3 working days to handle the refund.
