Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number.
  
• If at present your order is in fulfillment or production stage then we will not be able to process it for you.
  
• Once 24 hours pass or the order ships out cancellation is no longer an option.
  

What If You Miss the Window?

If you were unable to cancel in time, don’t worry our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy is available after your order is delivered.

Note on Custom Orders

Please do note we can not cancel personalized or made to order items once production has started.
